Mediterranean Trip
The Mediterranean Sailing Experience is a week-long trip to exotic locations in the Mediterranean Sea, with plenty of good food and sailing. The med invokes images if rugged, sun-drenched outcrops of rock, anchored in azure seas and liberally peppered with snow-white villages and blue-domed churches. throw in the stellar archaeological sites and dozens of postcard-worthy beaches on most locations. and this becomes a trip of your dreams.
In previous years our Mediterranean committee went to Sicily, Croatia, and Mallorca, where exciting experiences where shared with the other club members. Please see the annual reports or newsletters of pervious year to get some context and feeling about the trip.

When/How Long?
The trip typically takes place either before (or usually) after the summer vacations. It will last for 1 week. Exact details available closer to the date of the event. Look out for advertisements of the trip location already in the AGM of the year, or on the website.
Who?
Everyone, who is interested in sailing can attend this event.
We have the following position available:
- Skipper (will be in charge of the crew members and the boat)
- Co-skipper (experienced sailor)
- Crew: no previous experience of sailing required
Where?
The trip takes place in different location in the Med every year.
How Much?
Cost of the event is circa 750 Euros per person including flight, transportation to the marina, food, fuel & harbor fees. Depending on your taste for the diners & drinks on shore, the bill could rise.
Registration
Registration is Closed.
Rules for the registration are as follows:
- The number of skippers determines the number of boat
- We need as least one co-skipper per boat
- Sing up for the trip will be done on a first come first served basis
- Respiration fee is 300 euor’s. You will be contacted in due course for detailed information
