Boot.de Exhibition
Boot.de is one of the bigger boating events and very close to Veldhoven. Check the website of the exhibit on boot.de, to find all the aspects. Besides many sailing yachts, dinghies, equipment and accessories, books, lines, electronics, presentations and holidays worldwide can be found here. There is more to see than you can do in a single day. |
When/How Long?
The exhibition runs in January every year. We will do our visit on a Friday. The typical program is as follows, please contact the event organizer for the exact details.
We leave approximately 8:30 from Veldhoven.
08:30 Leave from Veldhoven (or what you agreed upon)
10:00 Meeting place Dusseldorf Messegelande : East Entrance Cash Area (Hall 15)
13:00 Lunch hall 15
17:00 Leave for down-town Duesseldorf
17:30 Diner “Das Schiffchen”
21:00 Return Veldhoven
Who?
Anyone interested in Sailing boats, equipment, rigging, clothing, electronics, holidays related to sailing is welcome on board this event.
Where?
The exhibition takes place in Duesseldorf Germany. It is 1:15 hours’ drive. Parking is next to the exhibition halls. You should take one of the buses and get off at East entrance which is closest to the Sailing halls. We will meet each other in front of the entrance gates.
After the exhibit we will drive to Duesseldorf city center (AltStadt)as we have reserved a table in Das Schiffchen, typical German brewery.

How Much?
When ordering your ticket with the ASCN you will profit from the “boot club” reduction. Admission fee is approximately 19 Euros. The transportation by private car, parking tickets and evening meal will be claimed later. Total cost approximately 90 Euros.
